We are seeking a talented, energetic, and positive Buyer & Stylist to join our team.

Position Overview:

This role is ideal for an experienced luxury buyer with an exceptional eye, strong analytical skills, and a passion for fashion. The Buyer & Stylist will be responsible for building cohesive, profitable assortments while also spending time on the sales floor styling clients. This dual role ensures deep understanding of our customer and real-time insight into what is resonating in-store.

Buyer Responsibilities (Primary)

• Research and analyze fashion trends, emerging designers, and new vendors
• Select and purchase merchandise for assigned categories, building cohesive seasonal assortments that are balanced by category, price point and delivery
• Develop and manage seasonal open-to-buy plans to achieve sales and profit goals
• Monitor sales performance and adjust inventory strategies accordingly
• Partner with store leadership on pricing, markdown cadence, and inventory optimization
• Manage purchase orders, delivery flow, and logistics with discipline
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships through collaboration and communication
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors
• Work closely and collaboratively with buying team, store management, visual merchandising and sales team
• Train sales team on new deliveries, fit, fabrication and styling stories
• Build additive business through trunk shows, designer events, and key selling moments
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences
• Travel independently to markets as required
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Perform special projects and related duties as assigned

Stylist Responsibilities (Secondary)

• Deliver an exceptional, elevated customer experience
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and clientele
• Assist customers with product selection and personalized styling
• Achieve individual sales goals
• Develop expert-level product and brand knowledge
• Translate current trends into looks that suit each client’s personal style
• Communicate effectively and confidently with clients
• Generate sales by accurately identifying customer needs
• Utilize social media and texting to show product to clients
• Maintain organization and professionalism on the sales floor
• Work collaboratively as a team player

• Minimum 5 years of experience buying women’s luxury clothing
• Strong knowledge of contemporary through designer brands
• Exceptional taste level with the ability to build cohesive assortments
• Strong analytical, financial, and critical thinking skills
• Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
• Leadership skills including communication, collaboration, and relationship-building
• Optimistic, adaptable, and open to change
• Proficient in retail systems, inventory software, and Excel

• 4 year college degree or related experience.
• 5+ years in buying luxury women's clothing.
