Leigh's is a luxury fashion and beauty boutique located in Breton Village Shopping Center in Grand Rapids, Michigan. For more than 50 years, Leigh's has offered a carefully curated selection of designer clothing, jewelry, accessories, handbags, shoes, and more recently, luxury beauty brands.

Our boutique is known for personalized styling, thoughtfully selected collections from leading designers, and a welcoming in-store experience.

Leigh’s is located in Breton Village Shopping Center in Grand Rapids, Michigan, positioned approximately 130 miles from both Detroit and Chicago.

ARE THE ITEMS SOLD AT LEIGH'S AUTHENTIC?

Yes. All merchandise sold at Leigh’s is 100% authentic. Our buyers attend fashion market each season and work directly with designers and authorized vendors to select the collections carried in our store. Our products are shipped directly to Leigh’s from the designer or brand partner.

DOES LEIGH'S OFFER PERSONALIZED STYLING?

Yes, Leigh’s offers complimentary personal styling services.

WHAT IS LEIGH'S RETURN POLICY?

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase as long as they meet our requirements.

Certain items may be final sale and not eligible for return. Please see your receipt or contact the store if you have questions about a specific in-store purchase.

DOES LEIGH'S OFFER GIFT CARDS?

Leigh’s gift cards are currently available for purchase in store or by phone.

To purchase a gift card, please visit our store or call 616.942.6300 and a member of our team will assist you.

Gift cards are redeemable in-store only at this time.

DOES LEIGH'S OFFER SHIPPING?

Yes, Leigh’s ships orders within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.

ONLINE ORDERS

CAN I SHOP LEIGH'S ONLINE?

Yes. Many of our collections are available to shop through our website.

Some designers and exclusive pieces may be available in-store only, we encourage you to call the store if you are looking for something specific.

DOES LEIGH'S OFFER ONLINE GIFT CARDS?

Online gift cards are unavailable at this time. To purchase an in-store gift card that is redeemable at our physical store location, visit us in-person or call 616.942.6300 to purchase over the phone.

HOW DO I MAKE AN ONLINE RETURN?

Sale Items

**All markdown and sale merchandise is final sale. No returns or exchanges. No price adjustments.**

Non-Sale Items

At Leigh’s we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Upon receipt, please inspect the item(s) carefully. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt. Before returning an item, please make sure that the merchandise in question meets Leigh’s return policy requirements. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment upon receipt of the returned item(s).

  • Unwashed
  • Unaltered
  • All original tags attached
  • No visible wear and tear
  • Postmarked within 14 days of receipt
  • Copy of shipping receipt included in package
  • E-mail customerservice@leighsfashions.com to receive the authorization number and shipping address
  • For sanitary reasons, cosmetics, intimates, hats, and hair accessories may NOT be returned.

Items—even shoe boxes—must be packaged inside a separate box or shipping envelope for the return to be accepted.

    Return Authorization (RA) Number

    Returns will only be accepted with a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) NUMBER. E-mail customerservice@leighsfashions.com to receive the authorization number and shipping address. Please obtain the RA number BEFORE returning any items. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be given on items returned without first obtaining an RA number.Returned items must be postmarked within 14 days of our shipment to you or we will not accept the return.Please include your name, order number, RA number, and the item name(s) in your return request on the returns forms included in your shipment.

    Returns must be sent via U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS only. Return packages must be insured for the full retail value of the merchandise. Leigh’s does not accept damaged merchandise. Pack returns with adequate protective padding and materials, as merchandise damaged from improper packaging or otherwise will not be accepted. Any requests for damaged merchandise in connection with insurance claims you may make must be accompanied by a pre-paid, self-addressed electronic UPS label.

    Returns – Shipping Charges

    The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. This does not apply if a return is a result of an error made by Leigh’s. We do not refund shipping charges. Please e-mail any questions to customerservice@leighsfashions.com.

    Exchanges

    We are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and then place a new order online.

    In-Store Online Returns

    If you purchased an order online and would like to return the item in our brick-and-mortar boutique, bring the item in its original packaging with the receipt and return form included in the shipment. We only process online returns in our brick-and-mortarlocation Monday-Friday. If you are visiting on the weekend and would like to make an online return in our store, we will provide you with a temporary receipt until the next business day when we can process the return.

    Sustainable Shipping

    In our effort to minimize waste and lessen our impact on the environment, we are reusing some shipping boxes. Please note that orders may arrive in a slightly used shipping box.

    WHEN WILL MY ONLINE ORDER SHIP?

    Processing Times

    At Leigh’s, we pride ourselves on a quick turnaround and work hard to ship your order as promptly as possible. Orders are processed Monday–Friday between 9:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. EST. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed in addition to the estimate shipping times. Orders placed after 2 p.m. EST will be processed the following business day.     Economy Shipping Terms

    Receive 5-8 business day delivery to anywhere within the 48 contiguous United States, or select express delivery to get your order faster! Orders are shipped UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on best availability. Orders over $250 receive free shipping.

     

    International Shipping

    We do not offer international shipping at this time.

     

    Flat Rate Shipping

    $20.00 flat-rate UPS Ground Shipping. USA only, 5-8 business days for most orders. Free shipping on orders over $250. Available for the US Only.

    Returns:
