HOW TO USE:

PREP: Exfoliate and moisturize dry areas, hands, feet, ankles and wrists
APPLY: Apply with an applicator mitt in long, sweeping motions, blending as you apply

Processing Times

At Leigh’s, we pride ourselves on a quick turnaround and work hard to ship your order as promptly as possible. Orders are processed Monday–Friday between 9:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. EST. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed in addition to the estimate shipping times. Orders placed after 2 p.m. EST will be processed the following business day. Economy Shipping Terms

Receive 5-8 business day delivery to anywhere within the 48 contiguous United States, or select express delivery to get your order faster! Orders are shipped UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on best availability. Orders over $250 receive free shipping.

 

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

Flat Rate Shipping

$20.00 flat-rate UPS Ground Shipping. USA only, 5-8 business days for most orders. Free shipping on orders over $250. Available for the US Only.

Non-Sale Items

At Leigh’s we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Upon receipt, please inspect the item(s) carefully. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt. Before returning an item, please make sure that the merchandise in question meets Leigh’s return policy requirements. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment upon receipt of the returned item(s).

  • All original tags attached
  • No visible wear and tear
  • Postmarked within 14 days of receipt
  • Copy of shipping receipt included in package

  • For sanitary reasons, cosmetics, intimates, hats, and hair accessories may NOT be returned.

Items—even shoe boxes—must be packaged inside a separate box or shipping envelope for the return to be accepted.

    Return Authorization (RA) Number

    Returns will only be accepted with a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) NUMBER. E-mail customerservice@leighsfashions.com to receive the authorization number and shipping address. Please obtain the RA number BEFORE returning any items. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be given on items returned without first obtaining an RA number.Returned items must be postmarked within 14 days of our shipment to you or we will not accept the return.Please include your name, order number, RA number, and the item name(s) in your return request on the returns forms included in your shipment.

    Returns must be sent via U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS only. Return packages must be insured for the full retail value of the merchandise. Leigh’s does not accept damaged merchandise. Pack returns with adequate protective padding and materials, as merchandise damaged from improper packaging or otherwise will not be accepted. Any requests for damaged merchandise in connection with insurance claims you may make must be accompanied by a pre-paid, self-addressed electronic UPS label.

    Returns – Shipping Charges

    The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. This does not apply if a return is a result of an error made by Leigh’s. We do not refund shipping charges. Please e-mail any questions to customerservice@leighsfashions.com.

    Exchanges

    We are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and then place a new order online.

    In-Store Online Returns

    If you purchased an order online and would like to return the item in our brick-and-mortar boutique, bring the item in its original packaging with the receipt and return form included in the shipment. We only process online returns in our brick-and-mortarlocation Monday-Friday. If you are visiting on the weekend and would like to make an online return in our store, we will provide you with a temporary receipt until the next business day when we can process the return.

    Sustainable Shipping

    In our effort to minimize waste and lessen our impact on the environment, we are reusing some shipping boxes. Please note that orders may arrive in a slightly used shipping box.
